Kouji Miyamoto, once an average teenager and outstanding gamer, was chosen by destiny to become "the N warrior", champion of videoland savior of the game worlds. His spikey green hair blows in the wind as he walks down the sidewalk of the crowded city dressed in his red and white letter jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers with his hands in his pockets. his blue eyes glisten in the midday sun as he starts heading towards the arcade that he frequented before his adventures in videoland, wondering if he was really supposed to be the one with these powers.

Koji came just a few feet away from the arcade when he bumped into someone, sending both of them to the ground. The figure was the first to get up, as he glared at the green-haired youth. "Hey, why don't you watch where you're going, pal?" the figure snapped, dusting himself off. As the figure walked towards Koji, he was revealed to be a teenager as well. The teen was a little on the thin side, with messy shoulder-length blonde hair, cerulean eyes, a bright yellow T-shirt, which was obscured by a blue jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
It was then that the teen realized who he had bumped into. "Hey, I've heard of you, you're that defender of the video game world. Koji Miyamoto, right?" he asked. "By the way, I'm Takeshi Kishimoto, nice to meet you." Takeshi said, politely bowing before the green-haired youth. "How about you show me some of those attacks that you use to destroy evil?" the teen asked, preparing himself for battle.

OOC: sorry for such a delayed reply, RL got in the way again. also, this post doesn't mean I'm backing down from the challenge, I'm doing this for backstory and character devellopment.
Kouji turned to the teen, feeling discomfort from his offer to fight, and out in public no less. "I don't like to fight unneccery battles. please, excuse me, I need to sort some things out.", he says in a serious, yet nervous tone as the hero enters the darkened halls of the arcade. the glowing screens of the upright cabnets illuminate the shadowy haven of gaming. the sounds of brutal fighting, epic space battles and ageing classics meld together in this hallowed ground of competition and entertainment. Kouji approaches a dimly lit corner containing an archaeic machine, lonely and almost forgotten by players as dust has gathered from years of neglect. kouju wipes down the glass surface of the gameing machine crafted from wood, metal, glass and electronics and inserts his fifty cents into the coin slot. the machine rings and pings to life as an iron ball appears in the chute. Kouji pulls back the steel rod and releases it, readying his middle fingers on the trigger buttons on either side of the table as the iron ball collided and careened its way to the table's base. The clacking and ringing of the pinball machine echoed throughout the arcade as Kouji plays, troubled by recent events in videoland, the words of Oni muramasa, The S Warrior, still echoing in his head.
"you'll never match me Kouji, not even if Kevin Keen himself were here to train you... too bad he's dead, or so I've heard..."
'he can't be dead... Kevin is too good of a gamer to let anything in videoland get the better of him...', the green haired youth thought to himself as he continued his game of pinball in silence.

Takeshi looked at the teen who had just walked past him and started to play pinball. The blonde-haired teen then shrugged and walked over to see what games looked interesting.
Suddenly, a medium-sized metal object hit Takeshi in the back of the head, making the teen let out a small grunt of pain as he looked down behind him, only to see that an unopened soda can had hit him in the back of the skull. Suddenly, he heard a cruel chuckle from the western side of the arcade. Takeshi looked up to glare at the person who did this, only to find that it was more like people.
Four tough-looking teenagers walked over to where Takeshi was. The first, and largest of the gang, wore black-rimmed sunglasses that covered his green eyes, a red backwards baseball cap that covered his short brown hair, a dark-green plaid jacket with the sleeves torn out, and under the jacket was a dirty white T-shirt, which looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, and on his feet were black sneakers. The second biggest teenager had shoulder-length raven black hair and cold, soulless grey eyes. He wore a sky-blue T-shirt, brown finger-less gloves, blue jeans with holes in the knees, and brown work boots. The third kid was slightly shorter than the first two, but still taller than Takeshi. He had icy blue eyes and short, spiky blonde hair. He wore a dark brown long-sleeve shirt, light red shorts that stopped at he knees, and white high-tops covered his feet. The fourth kid looked to be the youngest of the gang, as he looked to be only 15. He was also the shortest of the gang, slightly shorter than Takeshi. He had hazel eyes and short auburn hair. He wore a scarlet short-sleeve shirt, grey sweatpants, and light green boots.
The sunglasses-wearing kid poked Takeshi harshly with his index finger. "I've heard of you. You're that Kishimoto kid who thinks he's better than everyone else just because he's got psychic powers." he growled at the teen, his face inches away from his. The black-haired teen walked over to Takeshi. "We don't take kindly to freaks around here, Kishimoto, so we suggest you get out of here before we're forced to kick your ass." he sneered at the psychic teen. Takeshi simply smirked. "Damn, you guys are even uglier up close. Tell me, how many times did your mothers hit you over the head with a beer bottle?" he quipped. The black-haired teen's expression darkened, and he brought his left fist back, and brought it forward to Takeshi's face. The psychic teen smirked again, and used his telekinetic powers to stop the fist in mid-air, then, with a turn of his head, twisted the teen's entire arm, snapping several of the tendons there. The black-haired teen howled out in pain as he fell to the ground, clutching his left arm with his right hand.
Takeshi saw the auburn-haired kid charge towards him, and shot an invisible wave of psychic energy into his brain. Suddenly, the kid's head felt like it was about to explode, and he fell to his knees, clutching his head in pain. Takeshi then raised his left hand in the air, and suddenly, the spiky-haired kid was lifted high in the air. "No! Please!" the spiky-haired kid pleaded, but the teen ignored him, and with a flick of his hand, sent the kid flying backwards into the token machine, with tokens raining down on him, not unlike in an old cartoon. Takeshi then turned to glare at the sunglasses-wearing kid, who backed away, understandably afraid of what he would do to him. The teen used his telekinetic powers to take control of the sunglasses-wearing kids arms, which were now shaking uncontrollably, his hands slowly forming into fists. Suddenly, the kid's left fist slammed into his face, giving him a black eye. Then, the kid's right fist slammed into his face, giving him another black eye. The kid's fists then went out of control, alternating between hitting him in the face. This process continued for a few minutes, until finally, both of his fists slammed into either side of his head. The kid stood still for a moment, before finally falling over, unconcious.
Takeshi looked at the four bodies sprawled before him, and smirked. "Well, that takes care of that." he quipped as he went back to looking for an interesting game.

ooc: sorry for such a long delay with posting, RL hates me, so don't be surprised if my posts are staggered several days apart.
From out of nowhere a hard punch from Kouji connected with the right side of takeshi's face, causing the blond guy to stumble back from the inertia of the hit. The green haired youth was seething with anger from takeshi's actions.
"What the hell are you thinking! This is hallowed ground, physical fighting in here goes against everything we as gamers stand for! you just sevearly injured four people for an empty threat! those guys are regulars here! when they said they'd kick your ass,the mean they'd challenge you to one of their gauntlet matches at the Vs fighting machines over their!"
Kouji points to the row of linked arcade machines with several gamers going head to head against one another. He then checks the four tough guys for their injuries and then glares at Takeshi.
"you've injured them in ways that will impare their gaming abilities... Mike! call an ambulence! As for you, meet me at the arena five blocks from here, you wanted to fight me, you got it. HENSHIN!"
The arcade employee quickly calls an ambulence as a flash of white light fills the arcade.
Once the light is gone, kouji is clad in a gray body suit with a black N on the left side of his chest, his belt buckle replaced with an NES controller, at his sides the red and grey zappers, his right hand and forearm covered by the power glove, his left a white glove, on his feet were dark gray boots and on his head, was the konami laser scope, the blue screen covering his right eye. Kouji, The N warrior, then input a code on his power glove and teleported to the arena to await his foe.

Takeshi slowly rose off the ground and rubbed the right side of his face, feeling a warm fluid cover his face. He looked at his right hand, and frowned upon seeing that he was bleeding. "That dumbass." Takeshi growled to himself as he used his psychic powers to fly himself over to the arena, leaving the ambulance to take care of the four would-be thugs. When he got there, he turned to the green-haired kid and glared.
"Hey, dumbass, when they said they were gonna kick my ass, they did NOT mean in a video game. They meant they were gonna literally kick my ass. I've had PLENTY of people like them after me, simply because I have psychic powers. Now, let's get to the fighting already!" Takeshi shouted as he formed a small ball of psychic energy in his left hand, the orb crackling with sheer power, despite being roughly the size of a baseball. The teen then hurled the dark blue orb like one would a baseball at Kouji, slamming into the green-haired teen's stomach. Kouji let out a small grunt as he slammed into the arena wall, causing a large amount of dust and debris to fly in the air.
