[Inferno Dragon]

okay guys rules are simple, basic gunjin rules, use pre-existing VG or anime characters if you want (I'll be using one, this one in fact. ) but someone has to play as Link because this thing is set in hyrule.

the battlefield will be Hyrule Castle, that means the throne room, the castle walls, the courtyard, wherever you can within the castle. after the first opponent accepts and posts an intro you can jump in whenever.

Crono easily slipped by the guards no problem and found himself in the throne room of Hyrule. The tall collumns lead strait to a throan where Zelda usually sat. Crono approached the throan puzzled as to where Zelda was. He was here to end the feud between Hyrule and Guardia but without her negotiations couldn't start. Crono leaned against one of the pillars and waited to see if she showed up.

OOC: Considered using mario or ganondorf, but I'm more of an oc guy myself.
IC: A voice meets Chrono's ears. It's an unfamiliar voice, powerful, crisp, and commanding respect, with just a hint of superiority and nobility. "Looks like your princess is in another castle."

, That's actually a bit of a problem you see. I'd heard she was the foremost expert on a mysterious power known as the triforce. Perhaps you could tell me a little bit about it?"

Chrono would turn to see a man. He'd note the man has sharp Black hair, Red eyes, a purple stone in the center of his forehead, and a rather formal red jacket with just the hint of a white undershirt. Black jeans flow down to his ankles where they meet a pair of Heavy armoured boots. In the man's hand is a black sword, possibly made of metal, but it reflects no light from it's cold surface. He speaks again, smirking, "Or perhaps I could drain your life energy and extract your memories directly, which do you think I'll find more entertaining?"

[Microphone_Kirby]

(OoC: I'm in, but I'll use Kirby. More specifically the "Milky Way Wishes" Kirby; the one who can change his copy abilities in an instant without swallowing anybody or anything.)

Kirby approaches the majestic Hyrule Castle with a Sword and a cute green cap. While approaching the front door, a royal guard suddenly stops Kirby.

"Where are you going?" the guard asks.
"I was invited by, uhhhhhhhhh, the princess to talk with somebody" Kirby said.

Then the guard looks at the cap. "HEY! It's Link! Didn't notice you for a second! Go on in!" The guard motions to the doormen, whom suddenly open the front door. Kirby then immediately entered the castle before the guard realizes his mistake.

Inside, there WAS some conversation. A voice was talking about something called the Triforce. Kirby followed the voice to the Throne Room, where two strangers were fighting. Some conversation... Kirby thought. Then with that, Kirby slashed at the strange figure with the black hair and red eyes...

Crono, look pal, I'm just here to end the feud but if you want to start something then you've got it.

Crono unsheathed the rainbow sword and leapt towards the mysterious figure with red eyes, slashing downward as he landed, leaving a deep gash on the front of the mysterious man and leaping back raising his sword and slicing through the air, sending a wave of razor sharp wind racing strait towards the man at a near blinding pace.
Crono noticed the kirby with the link hat attacking as crono's slash attack was racing towards both fighters.

Crono: hey, pink guy! get out of the way!!

The man smiles as Chrono's sword penetrates his skin, a small streak of red blood now adorning it's multi colored surface. He runs his hand along the wound, a powerful red aura bursting from his body as he does so, sending Kirby's light body flying in the opposite direction, mostly painlessly, and shattering the wind blade into harmless air. He than wipes his hand along the flat of his blade, the blood glowing white and disappearing into the sword as if absorbed. Suddenly the blood on Chrono's sword glows and launches itself into chrono like thousands of tiny needles.

The man shifts from the relaxed stance he'd had when chrono struck him and suddenly bursts forward, bringing the dark sword down on Chrono's head in an instant, a reflexive block the only thing between life and death. At this point chrono would realize the blood needles penetration was only the beginning, the tiny droplets had made their way into his own veins and were flowing throughout his entire body, feasting on his life energy and sending it to the red eyed man, Chrono's strength waning with every passing moment.

The Red Eyed man brings the sword to bear in less than a second, and swings again, a mighty cleave aimed at Chrono's waist, the sword moving with far more might than the man could possibly put into it, as if it was hungry for Chrono's blood. "Don't you just love blood magic?"

The man seems to have disregarded kirby completely, perhaps underestimating him?

Anyway...

* A wind blew on the battlefield, and without warning, a massive flash appeared. Out of it appeared an undulating blue portal; and out of that, a spike-like fist with a collection of sharp, metallic fingers came out. Soon the entire body leaped out, as if it had been swimming through reality. The monster stood a full 3 and a half feet tall; short to humans, but terrifying to the normal beings he was used to attacking.

That was no matter, however, as he scanned the field, identifying a superhuman being, then another superhuman being, and then some strange abomination of a being that was pink. Seeing as the two humans were busy punching one another out, he walked quietly past them and sized up the Kirby, getting a lock on him with his highly advanced sensors.

He laughed a cold metallic laugh as he charged up. To the Kirby, he'd actually be a match in height! He began speaking.*

"Pathetic pink blob, I have come to claim this bizarre realm in the name of Metal Sonic. Prepare to be annihilated... I think I shall destroy this castle too. Mwa ha ha ha ha."

* The monstrosity's arms turned into grenade launchers; they were like silver liquid, made out of nanites. The launchers were small, but it was their explosive cargo which mattered. Within moments, he began firing; he fired two in front of Kirby, creating grandiose explosions and flinging pieces of the floor everywhere. A guard turned to stop him; he blasted that guard in the face with a grenade, leaving only a few pieces of him.

He laughed and turned on his boosters, burning part of the floor. He then fired some shots at the ceiling above Kirby, causing it to rain stone... and for good measure, he blew the door and the guards by it to bits and pieces with five more shots. His evil laughter echoed through all the halls as he went to acquire Kirby as a target yet again... *

[Microphone_Kirby]

Kirby was reeling from the metalic being's first part of its assault (and losing the Sword ability as a result). Now Kirby had to deal with the falling debris caused by the robot's second volley of explosives. Fortunately, Kirby now had a way of dealing with the falling debris. He opened his mouth and...

*woooooooosh*

inhaled the stones and swallowed them with ease. Then, Kirby... nope nothing happened. No copy for Kirby. Kirby was standing there like a fool.

This MORE than annoyed the metalic Sonic look-alike, and proceeded to fire his small, yet powerful gernades at Kirby. Kirby inhaled the gernades, but this time he fired most of them back at Metal Sonic and a few at the "human" with red eyes and black hair...

(OoC: FYI: In "Milky Way Wishes", Kirby couldn't Inhale Copy to aquire abilities, just in case you didn't know.)

[Metal Man]

* Metal Sonic saw the grenades flying back at him. He lifted his right arm and deflected the grenade off to the side with a quick blow. Then he spun his right hand. *

"It'll take more than that to even phaze me, pathetic blob!"

* He made a punch with his right hand... only it wasn't one. His arm extended like it was made of rubber, all the way until it grabbed the Kirby right under the mouth. If it was possible, he would then reel the Kirby in, before punching him with all his might with his other hand--potentially sending the Kirby sailing out the wall behind him. Either way, the Kirby would be at a distance, allowing the machine to plan his next attack. *

"Even if you can dodge my attacks... you cannot avoid an entire castle!"

*He morphed his hands back into grenade launches and went nuts firing at the walls around the door. Cracks and holes appeared all over the stonework, and the ceiling shifted. Soon, the entire castle would fall. Metal Sonic laughed at his work and then strafed backwards, grabbing a table and chucking it at the Kirby's current location just for good measure.*

[Microphone_Kirby]

"Ow! That son of a-"

At this moment, Kirby caught the sight of a table being tossed at himself. Kirby Inhaled it with relative ease, but now the walls of the castle started to collapse.

"That nut-job!!! He's gonna kill us all!"

Kirby noticed a window leading to what looks like a Flower patch. Kirby then Inhaled Crono and the Red-Eyed fighter and dived out the window, saving them and himself from being crushed from the castle debris... for the moment.

Swiftly, Metal Sonic followed Kirby into the Courtyard. "You still can't defy your fate!!" it remarked as he rocketed towrards Kirby. When he got close, Kirby Exhaled Crono and the Red-eyed guy forcefully at Metal Sonic...

[Metal Man]

* Metal Sonic scanned the two humans and shrugged. He liquified, allowing them to fly over him and out of the way. He then reformed, facing Kirby, with the flaming castle debris behind him. He laughed as he powered up yet again, levelling an arma t the Kirby. *

"Let's see you dodge... THIS!"

* He finished powering up. Now at full power, his right arm crackled with energy. Then his left. They both turned a bright orange... and then...

SHOOM SHOOM SHOOM SHOOM

They fired massive orange lasers at the Kirby! The first one missed, however it took out a tree with one blow. The rest variously flew at the Kirby, while Metal Sonic strafed around him so he could make himself a hard-to-hit target. He made a 'come here' gesture with a free hand. *

"Is that all you can do? If that is... then soon, you shall be defeated! Ha ha ha ha!"

[Microphone_Kirby]

".... Oh Sh-" *boom boom boom boom!*

The lasers blasted all around Kirby, some of them making contact with the puffball. After the energy blasts faded, Kirby was seen lying on his back in the middle of the now ruined Flower Patch in the courtyard. Metal Sonic laughed at the sight of his destructive assault.

But it's not over...

Kirby was slowly getting up, coughing out smoke. Now Kirby was angry, but Metal Sonic didn't waste time wondering why Kirby survived; It started to curl into a saw-like object and started to spin faster and faster, then rocketed towards Kirby.

Kirby was perpared though. He started to flash dimmly, like he was holding a trick up his sleve. Kirby narrowly evaded Metal Sonic's "buzzsaw" attack and countered with a quick... scan???

The Copy attack succeded, and it transformed the cute marshmallow into... a cute marshmallow with metalic quills, a "rocket pack" of sorts, and advanced weapons... like Metal Sonic. Now, Kirby gives a smirk as he gives a repeat of what Metal Sonic did to him. He arms started to glow orange with the same energy Metal Sonic had before.

At this time, Metal Sonic recovered from his missed attack, and saw the insulting take on itself.

"How dare you make a mockery of-"

At that point, the charge completed and a multitude of large lasers shot out of Kirby's arms and went straight for Metal Sonic...
