I got it. I did 18 Vigilante missions on it. Since you can't always hit the criminals spot on with the missiles, I love bombarding the whole damn street until they die. Sometimes you seem to hit everything but them, though. I mean, missiles are exploding all around them, and they still make it out unscathed. Is the only way to get the Hunter with a helicopter, or is there some other way into the base?
