FF6, Bahamut Lagoon, probably some others, but I can't think of them at the moment.
(SPOILER) The problem for a FF6 sequel would be the lack of magic. But I'm assuming everyone knew that all ready.

Secet of Mana all ready had a sequal. It just never made it to the states. It's a shame too, I thought Seiken Denetsu 3 (SoM2) was better than Secret of Mana.

IMOHP FFVI is the only game of the FF serices that can have a good seqeull becuase the ending is so open that a sequell could resolve the unresloved issue the ending didn't tuouch Like Terra moving back in with the children of Moblez. Or the like.
