Um, why?

Kefka is definatley needed, and possibly Exdeath.

It'd be cool to see the characters from FF4-6 in 3D.

I would prefer more of a 3D MK A style fighting game. You know, with the swords, and also some magic casting. Like pressing L1 or something would switch to magic mode, and you'd have a list of spells ready to go. And make Sephiroth the hardest character to get who can kick everyone's ass. And don't forget Red XIII as one of the initial characters! He was the second coolest character in FF7. The first being... well, just look at my PDN.

If it's a fighting game then they'd obviously be dumbed down. But come on, Kefka was the best villain ever!

I think bosses would be some of the most fun characters to play as.
