www.animal-crossing.com and go into the site and you'll see a blue box that says Dear Pecan. Click on the box and keep clicking and eventually a window will pop up and just do what it says and whala! NES Soccer!

I'd like to point out that this is the same system that was originally thought to have been cut from the North American version. In Japan it was used to reveal the existence of SMB, LoZ, Ice climbers and the rest of the promotional games. This is very good news for anybody hoping for those games.
