Muppet Babies was co-produced by Henson, Marvel, & Fox, and the movie clips he's describing in the article are all either public domain or Lucasfilm.
Disney now owns Henson, Marvel, Fox, & Lucasfilm.
Seems like the only issue remaining is that it originally aired on CBS, so Paramount probably holds the distribution rights to the show.
