I'm not doing too great, and given my circumstances and sense of wellbeing I'm not optimistic for the future. I don't expect to drop dead soon or anything, but I figured I'd mention it here anyway, maybe just to express my concerns somewhere comfortable.

I'm very sorry that this has happened, IRHP!!! I hope that you are not experiencing discomfort, and that you are getting great care and support, regardless. I'm not sure of your circumstances, but I want you to know that I care!! It may feel difficult, but try to remain positive and look for the things in life that make you laugh and smile.
