Greninja
Mii Fighter

Steve is the worst of all, there's many better characters, even just from Microsoft alone (Conker, Jago, etc). He was easily the low point of the series.

^ Toon Link and Kid Link are distinct enough to be separate characters, I think, like Mario and Paper Mario.
