I've been avoiding this topic, but i'm weak, so I gave in. Though i'll be a bit more...uh, polite, for lack of a better word.
Breasts and a butt are nice, but if we're strictly talking physical...her face, facial expressions and all, are most important. Now, if we're talking about the whole enchilada, personality is number one, physicals are number two. Though, I think good looks are important too.

There's a difference between "hot" girls and "pretty/beautiful" (take your pic on the adjective there. oO 
girls. The "hot" ones tend to be, uhm... How to say... pissy and rude? The other aforementioned category (again, choose a different word than pretty/beautiful if you wish) tend to not be, and have better personalities, for some reason.
... I haven't quite figured out why this is, but it just seems to be the way things work. o_o;
