^It was remade for the Game Boy Advance in Japan-only, apparantly. There was going to be a Magi Nation 2: Keeper's Quest for the Game Boy Colour (Puzzle game) but it was cancelled.

How long has it been sice the last Duke Nukem game? And how about Duke Nukem Forever?

But seriously, GameInformer said there is indeed a new Duke Nukem game in the works. It might be that Duke Nukem Forever you just mentioned. I'll go look it up and give any details.

Edit: Yup, it is indeed Duke Nukem Forever. It actually wasn't an article - it was a "rumor" about its quality, and that rumor said it was looking good.

Duke Nukem Forever was, announced in, like, 1996, which is why GameInformer said that there is hope for Duke Nukem Forever.

They didn't discontinue the series. They made a spinoff called Lords of Magic, and Lords 3 came out sometime in the past year or so. Frankly, I really wish Sierra was still around. Vivendi destroyed the biggest name in computer gaming.

Lords of Magic was out years ago, I'm pretty sure and Lords 3 came out a year ago? Never seen it in stores.

anyone know what happened to the Ys series?

also, the R-Type and Gradius serieses sohould not have ended. sure they were nearly impossible to defeat but those games were like the ultimate challenge for gamers to proove that they were the best.
