i challenge you, vapor!

i challenge vapor to a gunjin battle. i'll be my character rael.
you can choose the area that we fight in and you can do the intro.

What'd I do?

Alright, I accept. The arena will be Metosmia, as described in that linked post. I will beZarjav, third bio down in that post.

A strange anthropomorph made of liquid metal stood on a plane made of bone. It is unknown how a giant plane of bone got there, but it was. Same goes for other planes standing perpindicular to the one he was on, which were made of magma, steel, dust and rubber, respectively. This was an extremely surreal world.

The Metallic Lionman gazed into the wireframe sky, focusing upon a comet passing by. He looked deliberate, as if waiting for something, with his arms crossed and a stern gaze into space. A semi-golden blade hung at his side, so did several small canisters that looked like they could do something explosive.

"I await the challenger. Show yourself unto me, so that we may commence our testing of spirit and body. Show yourself." he announced. Nobody was there to hear him.

Electricity crackled off of his body with anticipation.

rael appeared in a flash of light in front of the strange figure."I am here."
the battle started. rael swung his sword. the blade went straight through the liquid body, doing no damage. rael's eyes widened in suprise.
"how?...it doesn't matter. i have another way to defeat you."
rael pulled out the elemental rod. "this is going to be easy."

he shot a bright beam of fire onto the body. rael then froze it and struck it with lightning."my sword may be of no use, but this will do."

[Vapor]

After the lightning burst, Zarjav still stood pretty much unharmed physically, but he had recoiled slightly and was in pain. Rael was even more shocked.
"Why are you still here?!? I just burned, froze and electrocuted you!"
Zarjav glared calmly at Rael. "I have seen Fire, I have seen Ice. I am not harmed by flames. Ice must exercise all of its energy to cause me distress."
An outline of electricity appeared around the Mercuroid Star's body.
"And I am the lightning. You have failed."
With that comment, Zarjav launched a dozen arcs of lightning at Rael. They flew through the air with horrifying speed. Each one hit at the same time, and Rael was catapulted off of the bone plane and through the Dust plane that was standing like a wall beside them. He landed harshly on the slab of Steel. Before he could get up, Zarjav leaped through the dust madly, holding his sword in a downward stabbing position. He brought the point down upon Rael, but he rolled out of the way just in time, leaving the sword sticking into the steel ground. Rael, surprised by all of this sudden action, frantically readied the rod again. Zarjav suddenly roared madly as he sent his electricity through the steel, electrocuting the entire ground, sending another powerful jolt through Rael and catapulting him through the dust again onto the bone.
The Mercury Shaman stuck his lion head through the dust and glared at Rael, lying on the ground and said apocalyptically before taking his head back through the dust,
"It is the beginning of the end."

(dude, your guy is almost invincible)

rael lay there, covered in blood. he had one last resort. the demonic amulet.
rael put it on, and was now the demon alkrez, set free to win the battle.
alkrez leapt forward and clawed into zarjav's chest. alkrez, his body covered in demonic flames, covered himself in another layer a force shield.

after zarjav's attack, alkrez grabbed the sword out of his hands, and drove it forward. zarjav cried out, for it was his own sword driven into him.
"and now," said alkrez."you go to the gate of the underworld."
the hellish being struck again, this time with even more force.

[Vapor]

The blow flung Zarjav off of the steel onto the rubber, where he landed and bounced off after splashing a bit. The mighty demon smashed through the steel plane above him, and landed right on top of Zarjav, smushing him against the ground. Zarjav's electricity had little effect on Alkrez.
Zarjav turned from his lionoid form into an amorphous pile of liquid, and slithered out from underneath Alkrez. Alkrez grabbed the liquid in his claws, and threw it onto the plane of hot magma. There, Zarjav's liquid form flowed into the searing lava, and came out the other side onto the bone once again. He turned back into his usual form, though he was recoiling in pain from the heat. His body was also somewhat larger, due to the mercury being expanded by the heat.
Alkrez jumped around the magma to body slam the mercury beast again, but he quickly threw two of his electric grenades at the Infernal Beast, which blew him off course and damaged him slightly.
Zarjav was still somewhat incapacitated with pain, but it was wearing off and his body was going back to normal size. He got up as Alkrez rushed at him.
Zarjav stretched his body up, and jumped onto the steel plane again dodging Alkrez in the process. He found his sword there,(Which is named the Metacosmos, by the way) and picked it up.
The demon was approaching again, but Zarjav made a javelin toss of his sword at him, stabbing him through the left shoulder. Alkrez roared in pain.
But that wasn't the end. Before Alkrez could touch the Metacosmos, it pulled itself out. Yeah, it just pulled itself out of there, and was floating in front of him. He was stunned for a moment, and then he just grabbed it and ran towards Zarjav with it. Zarjav turned to liquid again and flowed underneath Alkrez, making him slip and fall onto the steel. he responded quickly, though, and made a backflip towards Zarjav and punched him with his right fist with incredible force. Zarjav was thrown back by this, and then Alkrez stabbed him with the Metacosmos. He was incapacitated with pain, and was completely vulnerable now.

"And now, you die!" said the demon.

Alkrez stabbed two more times, and kept hacking with incredible force and speed."No one shall ever defeat me!" he roared.

[Vapor]

Ok, here we go

Of Course, Zarjav did not enjoy being stabbed. The pain made it hard to think, so he couldn't telekinetically take the Metacosmos away from Alkrez. but he was able to slosh out from underneath him, but the demon saw it happen, and merely moved as the liquid did, continuing to stab.

Zarjav flowed away to the edge of the plane, cascading over onto the plane of rubber below. Alkrez, of course, followed, and jumped down slashing madly. The Mercury Lionman had reformed by then, and threw the rest of his grenades in Alkrez's (<That's probably bad grammar) face- making Alkrez fly off and slam onto the plane of magma, which he flowed through as it seared him, then landed on the plane of bone with a crash- the bone was nearly fractured.
He stood up, and, empowered by his pain and rage, jumped across through the plane of magma, not caring how much it hurt, and tried to slam into Zarjav. However, Zarjav just compressed himself, making the hellbeast fly over and land on the other side of the plane. Zarjav jumped up there, and stood as Alkrez rushed at him.

The Mercury Shaman collapsed on the ground and raised his arms up above him, toward the tremendous slab of steel. he would need all of his energy for what he was going to do next.

He had a magnet in each of his hands--anyone who'd met him knows that. He could power them up with his natural electricity into powerful electromagnets--VERY powerful, if there was enough electricity to make a pile of liquid mercury animate. And he was about to channel that power into the magnets.

The magnets filled with nearly all the lightning in his body. and they would attract anything that was magnetic around them, towards them. with incredible force. and the steel plane was magnetic.

The steel began to bend, to move downward towards the plane that Zarjav and Alkrez were on. it was crunching up and screeching horribly as it moved. Finally, it broke under the tremendous magnetic force, and--mm, I'd say at least 20 tons--of metal came crashing down upon the battlers.

Zarjav had managed to slide away in time. Alkrez, however, had over a dozen tons of steel just fall down upon him with incredible velocity. Zarjav thought, Even a demon from hell probably can't lift that off of itself... if it can even withstand that...

In front of Zarjav appeared a mysterious floating figure.
The man pointed his finger toward the metal. Zarjav gasped as it exploded.
There lay Rael, bruised and beaten. Rael was unconscious, closed to death.

"Who are you?!" said Zarjav in suprise.
"There is no time. The boy is close to death. When the time is right, you will learn." The man floated down to the ground, and walked toward the defeated fighter. The enigmatic man grabbed Rael and floated back into the air.
Zarjav ran forward as to attack. "Who are-"
The man disappeared.
Zarjav stood there, silent. He had been victorious, but after what happened, he didn't know whether to be glad or to pursue the man.

[Vapor]

Zarjav was, in reality, quite indifferent. He just accepted the fact that a spirit had carried away his dead opponent--he had seen weirder things in his time as a shaman. Hell, he had seen things beyond this realm and beyond the realms beyond this realm and even beyond that when he was a shaman.
There was a ray of light before him. It appeared to be able to take him somewhere.
"My friend...the time is always right." Zarjav announced as he exited.

Since Rael was in the form of Alkrez, the metal didn't hurt him as much as it would do to Rael, but due to all the other damage, it defeated him.
Defeated, Alkrez was automaticlly transformed back into Rael.And then, Rael was just knocked out.Really badly.

Yeah, it was a good battle. But actually, I hate to tell ya, and hate to sound condescending, there were a bunch of points which really shouldn't have happened. Like Zarjav actually being affected by stabs or Alkrez being unaffected by the electricity.

fun battle. Rael wasn't dead. Let me explain.

hmm.... Well, actually, a sequel battle sounds like a good idea.
But how about this time, my new character that saved Rael fights Zarjav.

I don't really feel like a sequel fight, and I was acting so scared because I didn't want you to be making another unnecessary topic.
