I'm sorry, but that's just hilariously bad.

Was the penguin at the end supposed to be Bill? Good thing whoever made this didn't attempt to make Fred.

Movies like this make the REAL NC seem graphically advanced.

^ I was thinking of doing the exact same thing, except with Fred dancing to "Around the World" by Daft Punk (in reference to the "Fred, Fred Revolution" April Fool's Joke)

Hmmm...Jay should post these videos as a defacto April Fool's joke.

I used to be obsessed over Neglected Characters when I was like in the sixth and seventh grade. I would constantly check back on it for new updates to the deathmatches and stuff. Actually, it brought me to VGF! Also funny, for the longest time I thought it was just it's own little forum. Little did I know it was just a subforum for VGF. That's why I was a bit shocked when I went to pokemon.com and found many people from the NC forum on their forum but then it all made sense to me hahaha.

Anyways, Jay has had a following for a long time. It's a shame he doesn't update often anymore.

Actually, the prime of NC was around 2000 to 2004, supposedly while I was an undergraduate student completing my two B.S. degrees.

I still don't know how I did it.

Graduate school, on the other hand, has killed NC.

(Or, if not killed, mortally wounded in vain.)

Jay I know we have had our differences in the past, but I want you to know I have a minor in advanced web design (major in digital media) and if you ever need help updating your site you can ask me. It's just an offer for you to think about. I know right now you are still having trouble with the website so I wanted to offer a hand if you ever want it. You are also perfectly within your right to refuse it as well! I am currently working on my degree but I have learned a lot and am very interested in this sort of stuff.
