Eggman's plan in Sonic X #28 is pretty darn good. This time, he's pretty much going through the process of bringing back Perfect Chaos, only this time, he's created three robots, superpowered by the planet's natural resources, who are pretty much just a giant dog collar to control Chaos. Noice.
