Very nicely said, Holocaust - I agree with you totally.

I won't deny that I've fallen prey to the things mentioned here at times, but I have tried to keep my encounters more meaningful than a lame-ass DBZ slap fight. Heh, I even created an alt account as a nemesis for my character to develop through story topics.

Geeze, I remember facing off against this one guy in a tourney a while back... first post he annihilated the arena and broke both my arms. His final post claimed to crack my skull open and expose my brain. Seriously? Come on. I hated that battle so much. It wasn't fun or involving, it was just me trying to stay alive and not resort to cheap methods.
