Post 500 for this topic !! yay??

If it's not a problem with getting the participants to actually post a damn attack or response it’s getting the judges to make a judgment or post their scores.

Also I would recomend that this topic be saved or archived or something just don't sticky the damm thing as there are a thousand topics already stickied in this forum.

There is alot of good... BOOT TO THE HEAD !!

Little overconfident there. And what is your big final round idea going to be, have your character be the actual battlefield? Maybe the very fabric of existence? I don't really know how you'd top that last one.

You missed it by one, Joker! :D

Still have to play by whatever Selene shows, then you'll see what's happening.

Also, YAY A JUDGING! Highest score yet! (Even if I'm losing :p )

Hey, doesn't Acradius know t3hDarkness in real life? Maybe he can get in contact for us, or at least pass on some info on what's going on.
Wonder whether Missy F has recovered yet.

Great to hear you've recovered. There's some interesting reading in the past few pages of this chat thread if you have the time too :)
Looking forward to judging!

Er, Karg?

I think you don't want her reading that until she's made her judgement. She's supposed to be making an unbiased judgement, and all that arguing will easily alter her thoughts on it, whether or not she's conscious of it.

Farq, it twisted the hell out of my perceptions for a while too.

Take the judging from Nintendogod and Heroine of the Dragon, I switched jobs again and will have almost no time with a computer for about five weeks.

Here's the deal. I will allow for three days in which someone can sign on as a replacement judge. This will have its own topic. If those three days pass without a new judge, then I will do it myself. Deal? Good.

OK, it's good that we have a replacement judge, BUT I NEED QUICK JUDGINGS.

My hard deadline of the 20th is approaching fast, and as I mentioned before, I can't participate beyond then.
I can lose at any pace you like, but if I'm going to win I need to win quickly. :(

*puppydog eyes at judges*

Right, Missy's going to have to REALLY prefer mine for me to win. Ah well.

Hmm... I just noticed, if the scoring system results in a tie, would the win be determined by which player had a higher score from 2 judges, is there some strange determination method in that circumstance, or does one win automatically if two judges give a higher score, meaning Kargath has already lost?

I don't think it's ever come up before - but no, one judge can overturn the other two in the NLBFT if the score difference is large enough in the other direction. It's one of the quirks of the system.
