^Ashe is much more like Celes than Yuna if you base her on who she is. Basically a tough exterior with a heart as pure as snow. Yuna is basically a very old fashioned ladylike person turned slut. -CSM

^^Just because Ashe has short hair does not mean she looks like Yuna. Ashe's hair color is BLONDE, while Yuna is a BRUNETTE. Not similar at all! No. In fact, the game designers originally designed her to give her specifically European features (to fit with the style and plot of the game). Now, some changes had to be made because the programmers were having a hard time making her features look good on the CGI, and so she was given more Japanese features, but she mostly retained her original features (which were inspired to look more French, and you can see this in the pale skin, light hair and eyes, softer features and smaller nose). Yuna clearly has a more Asian-centric design (even down to the patterns on her clothing in the first game).

I loved Ashe's character, because she was totally bitchy and unafraid to be so. My kind of girl. And she bitchslapped people.

I like Fran, who basically is FFXII's equivalent of Lulu (both rule), and Penelo is supremely awesome to, say, Rikku (sorry Nomyt). For all of everyone's complaining, I actually like Yuna's character. Her voice actress wasn't the greatest, but in all seriousness Yuna was a good character (this is taking only FFX into account, because I don't consider FFX-2 canon

).

Only really like Fran on the Female side of FFXI. Heck, there was only one cool guy.

OKay, those are much higher-quality pics, Zeldagirl. (They do go to the same hairstylist though)

I actually liked Penelo. Despite that Larsa and even Vossler have more to do with the story than she does, I found her to be a useful mage. That, and her little status-portrait was cute...nothing wrong with that. (except when it's manlier than the hero. :| )

Ya know, I don't think I liked any of those female characters.

FF10 Yuna was just boring and strange.

FF10 Rikku just annoying.

Ashe was too much of a bitch for me to sympathize with her at all.

Lulu and Fran were programmed too much by undersexed computer nerds.

As well as everything that touched FFX-2 (aka FFSlut-2).

And Panelo.......pointless.

1. Rikku is kind of like Yuffie, you either like that style of person or don't.
2. Um.. other than because that one has a Skirt of belts, and T'other being a bunnygirl... I see no problem with them. They're not really Lara Crofts, now are they.
