I at no point mentioned the forum chat. I said 'take your quick messages that don't need to be shown to anyone elsewhere'. AS I STATED, there is a reason Instant Messenger services (MSN, YIM, AIM) and the PMs attached to this very board exist. For the love of mike, if you're responding to each other on a minute-by-minute basis, there's absolutely no call to waste server resources, space, and other people's time in scrolling past them to post in the public thread a quick little private discussion.

You should make the word balloons closer to the characters. The empty space makes the panels look...well, empty. You should also try to make them around 10 panels. More room for plot and such.
