*Scream of Horror*
When I went to Gamestop on Monday, they had in so much stuff it wasn't funny. Xenogears (PSX), Dragon Valor (PSX), Axelay (SNES), Rayman 2 (PSX)... but I also found something that came as a bad kind of shock.
As of Feb. 22, Gamestop will no longer be buying NES, SNES, Genesis, Dreamcast, and one or two other old system games (I'm sure they'll still be buying the newest systems and PSX). The clerk said it was because they didn't make enough money off of them. He also said I was the first person in about a week who bought one of these games (I bought Axelay and Wario's Woods, both for SNES).
Guess it'll be back to eBay for the majority of my used games. But hey, maybe they'll have some kind of massive sale to get rid of all those old games.
Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

You're luckier than I.
[accent] In my country, you cannot even buy old game! Not for small price, even! [end/accent]
No, really, all stores stopped selling NES, SNES, Genesis and Dreamcast games a long time ago. Even Nintendo 64 cartridges are hard to find.
That's the problem with consumerism, I'm afraid. You use, then you lose. Then you use something else. And off the cycle goes, ad infinitum.

You were caught on the crossfire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze.

Guess what, T2K. Shining Force isn't my least favorite game in the world. It's not even my least favorite Genesis game.Originally posted by Tonberry2k:
I thought you were going to be ranting about the SHF rerelease.
Now, a Metal Mech port to the GBA, I would start screaming over.
