Actually, I think that McGruder dude, or whatever his name is, is the most neglected. he rarely ever appears. I think...

I voted Wart because he was the most neglected character on the list. The ones Jay makes up don't really count to me,though I love NC Comix and it's characters a lot. Stanley The Bugman should of been on the list, for he is the most neglected Mario character EVER.

This poll is silly, though. The most neglected character would have to be so obscure that no one would have heard of them, and therefore, they wouldn't even make it onto the poll.
