I wait a week until I call the woman (unless they call me, which usually happens), and even then I'm tricky. I say "Hey, I'm going to the mall today. If you want to join me, it's up to you. I'll be there at six. See you then. Ciao."

I'm always the one to end the conversation, too. Gotta finish it on an up-note. Makes the woman think about you, which is good.
