Can't say I can help you since my sleeping schedule is pretty average. Go to sleep around 1 or 2. Get up at 12 p.m.

Hopefully you're sleeping better by now... my suggestion is to be a little active at that earlier time to get you through it and not fall asleep until later. Maybe that'll help you not wake up in the middle of the night. However if you do wake, do something boring.... such as read a dictionary for starters. There's no action or adventure to entice you into reading more and it should send you back to sleep with any luck. :D

I would suggest not getting comfortable on the couch or in a chair until a normal sleeping time.
