Are you talking about "Bane"? (the character who Agent Smith possessed in Matrix Reloaded and used his body to enter the real world)
Bane is played by Ian Bliss. (though I thought he kinda looked like Hugo Weaving until I checked the credits)

How about this: WTF HAPPENED TO DOZER? He himself said he was fine in the first movie, and then in the next ones, he's apparently dead. They just didn't like him anymore, or something?
The one part of the movie that got to me was introducing the oh-so-heroic femme character, showing more and more about her, having her fight in the city (I forget its name... Zion?).... and then she gets slaughtered by a machine twenty minutes later. Kind of a waste of time.
