Golden Sun, Chrono Cross, all Final Fantasies except for FFII/FFV, the only good one in my opinion. Oh and the tactics FFs are good too.

SMRPG is not overrated, neither is FF7. But FFX should be ashamed to call itself a cool Final Fantasy! Worst FF game ever, except for FFXI! Earthbound isn't so hot either!
