From the shadows, Fred stepped. He decided to be referee for the match and because he could be stopped at any time, he "took care of some things"
(pan out from arena, pan into Fred's closet, where all the Mods are tied up, after being fed ice cream with that stuff that makes you sleep in it.)

“I am Siegfried, or, that is what I am known in Latin, boy. You can call me Siglud, the last in line of the Baldo bloodline. I’ve taken quick notice of your sword, and, it will stand little chance against mine, the almighty Tirafing! But you shant worry, I will not use my sword this early into the battle. Instead, I’ll dodge around you and attack physically. The boy, Chris, looked up at his smirking opponent. His blue hair shined in the sun and was astray in the wind. His eyes, also blue, penetrated the depths of Chris’s soul and reflected it as a blue pool of mystery. The man began to walk to the side, his smirk and gaze at Chris was unrelenting. Chris flinched suddenly, a disruption of spirit and power had occurred in this wasteland. Chris knew it could not be Siglud’s power, for he was at his maximum. Chris’s eyes trailed down to Siglud’s hands, which were clutching the hilt of the sword, processing an unfathomable amount of energy to Siglud. Chris charged him, Red Destiny (RD) in hand. He swung at the vanishing appearance of Siglud, swung to the side and missed again. He slashed repetitively at the dodging Siglud, barley landing a blow.
Siglud smashed his fist into Chris’s cheek, emitting a cry of attack to faze Chris. The boy held his ground, clutching his sword; Chris swings! Siglud jumped high into the air, but Chris caught on earlier than anticipated. Siglud pupil’s dilated in surprise. A flash erupted in the air, changing the direction of the wind and sand billowing in the fighter’s faces. The flash subsided with Chris just touching the ground, and Siglud had hit the ground long before the RD had slashed him. Chris rolled his eye over to the un-moving form. Siglud’s eyes were wide open, staring into the sky dully. Siglud, after murmuring to himself quietly, stood, a smirk on his pugnacious face.
Siglud watched the boy charge him again, the boys face alive with malice. Siglud began to make signs with his hands, then, making a smirk, he yelled out; ”Doom!” A dark, mysterious mist spurred out of his hands, and into the air. GC held his breath, knowing that the spell would be hazardous if breathed in. GC backed away, no longer able to attack for fear of the mist getting into his blood stream and lungs. ”That’s the best you got? I guess you’re doing fine, for most fighters, the weaklings, succumb to this spell easily. But I can see you’re actually par enough to hold your breath this long, must be exciting! Oh, don’t worry; I’ll pound you mercilessly in your time of weakness. I believe every blow I land has to be enough for when your sword destroyed my armor and wounded me.” Siglud charged the boy immediately upon finishing his speech. Siglud slammed fist after fist of unfathomable power into GC’s stomach. There was little GC could do, he couldn’t spit out the blood, the Doom air would get into his lungs. ”Hitsogen! Knight of Twin Blades!” GC looked up from the ground to see Siglud change into two people, pull out normal swords, and jump into the air. Their sword pounded GC’s shoulders, making GC cry out in pain. The sword, however, shattered. GC wondered why he didn’t die and it became apparent, the swift motion of coming down blew the Doom spell away. GC stood, ready to fight once again.
