I've decided I'm going to go give blood. He was always telling people that they should donate blood, because of all the good it could do and the people it could help. So in his memory, I've decided to set aside my own apprehensions and take his advice. I can't think of any better tribute to him than to give part of myself to possibly help others.
It just struck me as a good idea, so I thought I'd share it.

A very good idea. My first thanked post ever was from Knux after I said I was going to give blood when I was old enough.

Yeah, I wouldn't have thought of it, but I love the idea. Now that I think about it I remember Knux talking about it a lot. I want to do the same as soon as I'm old enough.

I'll do it, too.
I'm scared to death of needles, but I'm willing to do anything for a tribute to him.

I'm definitely old enough, but I'm not sure whether I can do it with my body.
Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

Sitting in this room playing Russian roulette,
Finger on the trigger to my dear Juliet,
Out from the window see her back drop silhouette,
This blood on my hands is something I cannot forget,

Well, I'm running about a pint low now. All and all, it went pretty well. Kinda funny, considering you wouldn't say that about most things you walk away from with significant blood loss.

Already can do what I can by having my license tell that I'm an organ doner.

I'm going to do it as soon as I'm old enough. Even if I didn't know him all that well, it's the least I can do.
I believe in second chances, and that's why I believe in you.

The red cross people don't like this whole "recent surgery" thing D:

I nearly freaked out the first time I went to donate, I am not sure if I can do it again.
Either way, I guess I owe the Red Cross a bit more...

I've donated before. It's definitely a good thing to do, and nothing to be afraid of.
I never realized how many young people there are here though.

I'm too young right now, but when I'm old enough I'll definitely donate blood in Knux's honor.
