I think Acradius' map will suffice, we meet in:

Abandoned Factory
There are two distinct sections of this forgotten factory. The first is a series of spiraling hallways going ever deeper into the earth. Along each edge of the square structure, as one continues further into the darkness, are old, corroding machines. Conveyor belts, scaffolding, leaking drums of fuel, chains from the ceiling, and giant, metal body parts of an ancient, unfinished behemoth. The generator still works, but just barely enough to provide a fourth of the lights and cycle the air enough to breathe. At the bottom of the spiral is where the next section begins. Shooting up, straight through the center of the spiral, a quarter-mile on each side and half a mile back up to the surface, an almost completely empty, rectangular room. Dominating the middle of the room is a square, metal column, raising half-way up the middle of the area and taking up the center 'half' of the room it's in. The only way up without any transportation power of your own is a grove on each side with metal ladder-rungs wedged into it. The top of the center room is opened to the sky, but this deep in the earth, even high noon seems dim and far away.

Figure out a way in and let us start. Tell me, do you wish to face the Brass Knight or the Psycho Serpent?

Ooc: The seal doesn't do anything yet.

A hollow voice taunted Naulty from high above in the dark chamber, "I have been waiting for you." The voice paused for a minute and seemingly changed locations. "We have a bit of business to conduct." The location of the sound changed again. "You have something that I want."

There was a barely audible whisper just behind the knight, "I want your immortal soul." The man felt a sharp prick in his left shoulder and then only a numb sensation. Wires started crawling out of the tiny wound formed a diamond shaped seal on his arm.

A man clad in a black preacher's cassock and a Brass mask junped from his high perch and landed gently in front of the taller man. He pulled what appeared to be a gold golored rose from his sleeve and said, "If you give you soul to me willingly, I guarantee an eventual salvation. If not..." he trailed off, the metal flower rapidly expanded into a wire barrier shield, obviously profane in nature.

(Ooc: Where did the Scythe go?)

He stood up, still snickering, and pulled a vial from the sleeve of his cassock "Only a taste, a taste, its so sweet." He popped off the stopper and inhaled quickly from the tube. For a brief moment he stumbled around before snapping to and exclaiming in a suddenly harsh voice, "I want more."

Sick of the display, Sir Naulty bought his sword to cleave the obviously crazed warlock in two. Chase Alphonse made no attempt to move at all, much to the opposite, he threw his arms wide open as if to embrace a swift death.

As the Knight's blade was about to bite the Alchemist's fleshy neck, a wire shot out of piercing the large mans whist and pulling him face to face to the brass knight. Instead of the bloody decapitation he expected he was now standing with his right arm over the Warlock's shoulder. Chase slapped Naulty's sword arm away
