Ahhh... the life of a scientist at sea. Examing oceans and scouring landscapes to know more about our planet. This field is particularaly interesting, we know more about space then we do our own ocean floors! Degree in Marine Biology or bust! DISCUSS!

Similar too space, we cannot exacly explore all the regions of the sea, becuase quite simpily, the water pressure is too high in some areas, and will crush mose things that we send down there.

I just wonder why it's so popular as an intended career choice, given the limited scope for jobs.
Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

I'd think there's plenty of careers in the marine biology field, considering that there's fishery, power generation, boating, military, and tourism. The marine is a big place, much bigger than terrestrial.
