Best and worst Sonic Games
To me, the best sonic game is probably Sonic Rush. Worst is defiantly Sonic Riders and that horrible PSP racing game. What do YOU think?

As a longtime Sonic fan, I feel it is my duty to show you what I think.
Best: Sonic 3 and Knuckles
Is there no end to ways to play this game? Knuckles, Sonic, Sonic and Tails, Tails alone... some emeralds... all chaos emeralds... all SUPER emeralds... more stages than most games of the time put together... the closest thing to a plot without annoying VAs... no missions, no annoying gimmicks, no partners, no Eggman being defeated by his own allies, no mention of Robotnik's name being Eggman either. No need to search for items of any kind, decent difficulty, variety between the stages, some of the best music of the 16-bit Sonics, and enough that by now you either probably would like or hate it.
Worst: Sonic Genesis
Hands down. A port of Sonic 1 on the GBA, which amazingly fails to move at the right speed, if anything it moves like a one-armed three-legged orangutan. And this is the same console which had you moving insanely fast in Sonic Advance 2. The music is tinny and poor, physics are screwed up, and all you get for this pain is the spindash. Which sucks, as all the way back in 199-something Sonic Jam had that feature AND correct emulation.
Sonic 2006 is second to this, for rampantly recycling everything ever used in Sonic games, a plot lifted from Sonic Adventure 1, a worse camera, more bugs, and also violently stomping on the idea of saving the series via some sort of reboot. In fact, it made a new pit that even Shadow the Hedgehog couldn't beat.
