Yeah, this is going intensly sci-fi now, but how many of you think that mechs will be created in the future? And what purpose would they have?

Well, not flyable ones at least, but we (as humans) already have to tech-know-how to create guns, robots and other stuff, if we were to gain knowlegde in these catagorys, I don't see why we won't be able to make mechs.
However I do agree with Ace saying robot will be more like the Roomba.
