^
^ You should take French, UN. It's easier. IMO.

Spanish is far more useful in the United States.

But then again, I had a relatively easy time with Spanish, so I'm rather biased.

I've taken French and loved it, but Spanish is required. I keep getting the alphabets mixed up.

Yeah I know Bomby, (especially in my hometown :p ) but my mom's side of the family speaks a dialect of French so thats why I wanted to learn it.

French is more useful in certain parts of the United States (i.e. New Orleans) and some of the various islands south of Florida (i.e. Haiti).

But with the rapidly risinig hispanic population of the United States, corporations are looking for more Spanish speakers.

In the end, learning a second language is always an asset. Hell, I'm learning my third, which reminds me, I should practice before class.

And then again, I'm uber close to Canada...so I guess French would be more handy here in Michigan.

I don't know very many people who speak Spanish fluently. There's a limited supply of that here.

Like I said, I know. But I'm Haitian so I figured it'd be pertinent.
