Honestly, Squall's personality was worth dirt. The entire story of his life was worth dirt. He was the most uninteresting main character, not out of just the FF series, but of any RPG I have ever played.

Cloud. Because as angsty as he might've seemed, he had a reason to be. Dude, his best buddy died in front him. Squall was just . . . blech.

You can do that? In that case, I change my vote to Cecil. -CSM

Cyan had alot better sword movies then either, plus he was atleast 50 years old when he helped topple a powermad near deoty like being.

Yeah, but Cyan was also really overrated. Those moves took forever to use. Better off using "To go" attacks such as Throw or Magic. I honestly found more use with Gau and Relm (and I found a LOT of use for these two) then for Cyan. -CSM

Those moves only had a load time so people wouldn't spam the higher levle ones. But Gua, Edger Gogo and Terra is a good party to use.

My final parties are:
1. Terra, Sabin, Gau, Mog
2. Locke, Shadow, Strago, Relm
3. Edgar, Celes, Setzer, Gogo

Those are pretty well balanced parties, methinks. Though maybe I should rethink Gau and Mog in the same party (both are Snow Muffler users), heh. -CSM

Cloud...despite the fact I hate FF7. Playing it, I mean. True that Squall is more powerful...but he just doesn't have the personality. Sephiroth beats them both anyway.
What's the matter, scared?
