I bought a Strength Impulse and used it on an unequipped item, and nothing happened. Then I equipped the item, and still nothing happened. Now I don't have the Impulse and I don't have my money. What gives?
I demand to be put on hold for an ungoldly amount of time only to finally talk to someone halfway around the world who not only doesn't speak English but also has never heard of this game!

I honestly have no idea on this one. I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't have worked. I haven't even touched the Strength Impulse, either.
