a lot of people have been saying that there just arent many good games on it, despite being 1/2th through the gen already. i feel like nearly everything on there worth playing is a multiplat anyway save a few games.

Re: do you feel like the ps5 has a bad game library?
I don't think any of the consoles have a bad library. Not even any the ones that are sort of getting shafted these days (heck, even the XBOne is still getting 2/3rds of the nonexclusives).
I despise console exclusives. I wish they were a thing of the past. I know that's just baying at the moon at this point (obviously Ninty and Sony are going to hold onto their exclusives forever, because Ninty and Sony are dependent on it---------meanwhile Microsoft owns Mojang and Rare, and they still let other people play 'Minecraft' and 'Banjo-Kazooie', because the various XBoxes aren't their sole source of revenue. That will never happen with 'Ratchet & Clank' or 'Zelda', not in a thousand years).

Re: do you feel like the ps5 has a bad game library?
It doesn't have a bad library per se. After all, PS5 shares many games with PS1-PS4, as well as PSP (but no Vita), but it does have an extremely redundant one, sharing over 99% of its native library with PS4. This console generation is probably around halfway over and here's the list of PS5 "exclusives":
Astro Bot (not out yet, looks okay)
Astro's Playroom (essentially a tech demo)
The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR (VR nobody cares about)
Demon's Souls (an arguably inferior remake)
Destruction AllStars (trash)
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (timed-exclusive)
Horizon Call of the Mountain (more VR)
Marvel's Wolverine (not out yet, probably more crap)
Quantum Error (mediocre reception)
Rise of the Rōnin (described as "PlayStation 5 console exclusive", PC probably inevitable)
Silent Hill: The Short Message (supposedly trash)
Spider-Man 2 (laughably woke, almost certainly timed-exclusive)
Stellar Blade (timed-exclusive)
So this means there's only two true exclusives of note currently available (excluding VR & remakes), Destruction AllStars and Quantum Error--and they are only true exclusives because Sony won't ever bother porting them since they're not very good.
Even if someone, somehow, liked each of these games and counted them all as full PS5 exclusives it'd still be less than a dozen games. The only reason to get a PS5 is because you don't have a PS4 or have money to burn to make your PS4 games perform better.
