Hardest Levels of 10 Games
What are the hardest levels you've ever played in 10 games?
Would you play them again now?

Re: Hardest Levels of 10 Games
There are 2 that are coming to mind currently. That Stormy Ascent level in Crash Remake is one of them. And I'm currently stuck on the volcano levels in the new super monkey ball. my god they are frustrating.

Re: Hardest Levels of 10 Games
...Diamond Sands is stupidly hard. There's no tricks, no silly exploits or alternative vehicles to use-------------you simply have to execute dozens of nigh-perfect powerslides with Backlash, the difficult-to-control dump truck, with an unforgiving time limit. Even Oyster Harbour is easier----------‐Oyster Harbour is complex and involved, but the hard part is figuring out what all needs to get done, not doing it.
And, I mean, it's probably not that they're actually difficult, but I have this particular hate for getting all your stuff taken away and having to fight hand-to-hand in FPSes. Stupid Bunker II in 'Goldeneye'. Flippin Jabba's Ship in 'Dark Forces'. It's stressful!
(EDIT: The only section in COD2 that I couldn't beat on Veteran difficulty was D-Day. I managed everything else with a bit of practice (and a bit more luck), but I just couldn't get past Pointe du Hoc, man. Everywhere else in COD2 there's checkpoints every so often, so you don't lose huge swaths of progress to a single false step---------Pointe du Hoc, you must have to make it from the top of the cliffs clear through to the far side of the Atlantic Wall. I just could not do it. Ugh.)

There's an underwater level in DKC2 where your controls are reversed, it was hard but I hated the lightning stage even more.
Another that comes to mind is the sewer stage in Turtles in Time, that one is a b****.

Re: Hardest Levels of 10 Games
The Dam stage in the NES TMNT game is up there.
I always thought Tubular was annoying as a kid in Super Mario World. Probably wouldn't find it as hard now.
Ikaruga just kinda ended up being harder than I am good at video games.

Brawl: Shadow Diddy. He has gargantuan hitboxes, weighs a ton, & has super armor, and the storyline puts you against him with FOX, FALCO, & DIDDY--3 lightweights who don't hit hard at all & can't rely on their combos due to the aforementioned super armor.
Sonic 1: Labyrinth Zone 3, just because of the boss gauntlet.
Sonic 2: Death Egg Zone. I've still never beaten the final boss.
Eternal Darkness: Edward Roivas's chapter. You have a timed mission that you can't save during or after, followed by a miniboss battle against a teleporting enemy who you can't harm directly at first & have to keep away from yourself while you set up magic & reload weapons, because both of those actions fail if you're hit while doing them. And also Edward has the lowest health in the game.
Just a few I thought of off the top of my head.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
