41) The Princess - B. Outstanding action & characters & thematic story, thoroughly mediocre dialogue.
42) Rosaline - B+. Smart & funny, though a touch on the contrived side.
43) Artemis Fowl - D

We only salvaged Artemis Fowl at my wife's insistence. I started reading the book while the movie played, & the book is SO much better it's insane.

46) Nimona - A. What a ride!
47) 1917 - B+. Beautifully shot & acted, but Mendes plays a little too fast & loose with the passage of time & space.

50) Stan Lee - B. It was a lot more balanced than I expected, which was a big plus.
51) Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny - B. A fun time, better than Crystal Skull.

We went to 'Indiana Jones' tonight. It kind of reminded me of 'Afterlife'----------occasional clunky parts, but overall a huge improvement on the last flick.

I saw Sound of Freedom. An expectedly heavy film, but a little slow. Supposedly based on a true story, so I guess that's to be expected. It was good enough.

53) Antarctica (2020) - B+. Too short; several points could've used more elaboration, & some crucial topics were left out.
54) Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse - A-. Too long; what I thought should've been the denouement turned out to be the entire last act.

Wow, she really gets around, each of those are about as different from each other as possible.

I saw Jujutsu Kaisen 0. It's not as good as the series, but it's fine. Sort of unremarkable.

59) Red Notice - B. Reynolds really does just play Deadpool in most of his films, but he's so darn GOOD at it that this becomes a feature rather than a bug.

^Bruce Campbell as Elvis Presley in a nursing home, 20+ years after swapping places with an Elvis impersonator who then publicly died as Elvis, investigating a mummy preying on the residents.

I watched Jujutsu Kaisen 0. It's pretty good, there's an interesting twist you don't usually see in anime, but otherwise it's a bit generic and not as good as the series is.

Edit: I had forgotten I already watched this lol, apparently it's pretty forgettable. I've been binging a lot of anime, it's starting to blur together.
