We're in the midst of a dreadful heatwave. We're in the dark trying to keep the house cool...ish.

Stay inside (especially out of the sun), stay hydrated, stay ventilated. Use sunscreen if you do have to go out. Do as little strenuous activity as possible.

It's can be pretty tough depending on your circumstances probably, but it never gets dangerously hot here. It got bad a few times but was bearable enough.
