As spring sneaks in, the hayfever season has started. We usually take antihistamines, reduce exposure and try to vacuum every day.
How do you deal with hayfever? Do you know what triggers your hayfever?
What's your go to to reduce hayfever symptoms?

Re: What's your go to to reduce hayfever symptoms?
I'm something of an expert on this topic.
Pollen in general sets me off, though not as badly as a lot of people I know. I take over-the-counter Alavert all through the spring, & also before days when I know I'll be out in green spaces a lot.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
