You compared petting a dog on the head for a moment to stealing a blind man's cane.

You said petting a dog on it's head for a moment may cause a death.

Your points, whatever they are, don't stand up to logic in the least.
Petting a dog on its head for a moment nearly caused a death in the article that I am unsure you read.

I doubt that, but I will fully read (reread? I don't recall) it.

Ah, I was under the impression we were talking about blind people's dogs since there were comparisons to stealing canes from blind people.

Anyway, in the case of a seizure patient, maybe there's a chance of it (as the article seems to imply, but I don't fully understand how the issue went down; it says "precious minutes" so does that mean the person was screwing with the dog for minutes?).

^Simplified version: Don't touch other people's animals without the owner's consent, unless you must to protect yourself from harm.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I really really don't think it's a good idea to interact with any dog without the owner's consent. You have no idea what you're getting yourself into.
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

Yeah, I always ask, mainly for my own safety.
