I was always kind of ambivalent toward HyunA until "Red" came out this summer. "Bubble Pop" was a good song, but it could have been sung by pretty much anyone and it wouldn't really be any different, especially since she's really not that great of a vocalist. Then with "Ice Cream," she developed a personality, but it was kind of annoying (though it's grown on me recently). "Red" is finally a great balance of her having a more distinct persona and a good song that is actually goes along with it. The rest of the A Talk EP was enjoyable too, so now I would actually consider myself to be somewhat of a fan of HyunA.

Oh yeah, she had a solo song before "Bubble Pop" called "Change." No one remembers it because it was boring.

I felt like there was just way to much happening in red. absolutely loved bubble pop, and gangnam style with her was my favorite version of the song. But my definite favorite song with her was troublemaker, that song is so great, one of my favorite songs in general.

I haven't heard of change, I'll check that one out.
