What do you do to ease stress?

Just curious to see what others do.

I used to meditate when I was younger. I should do that more often.

I find that talking to people makes me feel better, even if I don't expect them to give an answer. Just telling people about things, even strangers or acquaitences, eases my tension.

Kung Fu movies. Girls' Generation. Wu-Tang Clan. Actually music in general I guess. Play with my dogs. Sleep.

Long shower and chocolate. Fancy face wash. Reading a book. Taking a nap because usually it's because I'm sleep deprived. Lately I've been working out and that's helping to relieve stress too.

Warm baths are great. One of these days Val wants to fill his tub with nice, hot water, submerge himself in it, and fall asleep forever.

It's been ages since I had a bath. The OCD part of me imagines I'm just wallowing in my sweat and all the dirt and crap I picked up everywhere from the day. Eugh. But bubble baths are a great idea. I might just want one now. I recently rediscovered all these old bubble bath bottles in my bathroom cabinet.

Warm bath with a glass of wine. Or even just a glass of wine.

Hot herbal tea sometimes helps too.
