As you approach the tavern, someone comes flying through the wall of the tavern and you hear laughing. You enter to find someone fitting tiara's descrption perfectly. He takes a tall glass of beer and drinks it in one gulp, flexes and laughs.
"Who's next?" Everyone's pretty much avoiding him at this point, one person is ignoring him, sitting in the corner with a drink, alone. He looks like he could be in the shadow blades with his clothing (black cloak, keeping the cloak hood over his face)
"You in the corner, by me a drink." Crusher says to him." He ignores him, gets up and pays for his drink and starts to walk out the door, Crusher, slams his hand down.
"You better not be ignoring me..."
"I think it's better for you if I did." says the black cloaked man. It only happens for a second, but it looks as several dozen knives are floating in the air pointed at Crusher. Crusher stares dumbly and the man walks out the door.
Crusher notices you at this point.
"You! Buy me a drink." he yells at you.
