X-3 attacked the crow, Crow hit by 3hp.
Crow attacked X-3. Attack missed.

Before any other creature could attack a person runs into view. They are wearing a red robe, red hat, and is carrying a long staff, with a redish orb on the end.

Red mage casts Inferno onto the smaller, black crows.
Both crow are hit by 30hp, both are killed instantly.
As the mage lands, a black orb blasts out the King Crows mouth, and knocks the Red mage back.
As the Red Mage is knocked, a ring falls out of his pocket, and lands near X-3. The ring starts to glow.
"Quick put it on!" shouts the Mage.
"What?" replies X-3
"Put the dam ring on your hand, and call out the animal inside of you!" comments the Red Mage.
X-3 picks up the ring and places it on to his left hand.
"Come out of me, NOW!" Shouts X-3
A beam of light shoots out of the ring onto the floor soon a puddle forms on the ground, then the puddle moves slightly. Then it starts to grow upwards into a hedgehog shape.
Then the waterery blue hedgehog, flashes, and it is solid.
"Now order it to attack." Comands the red Mage.

"Summon Attack!" X-3 screamed as he summoned his summon to attack.

Hedgehog attacks, King crow is hit by 20hp.
King Crow attacks Hedgehog, Hedgehog is dealt 1hp Hedgehog down to 39hp.

"One more attack should do it," Cries the Red Mage, as he gets up slowly.

"Summon attack!" X-3 screamed as he Summo0ned his sprit again.

Hedgehog attacked the King Crow. King Crow fainted.

"That was brilliant," Comments The Red Mage. "As my thanks, keep the ring."
Another Guard runs towards them.
"Dilbert, sorry I am late. I tried to get here fast as I could." gasps the Guard.
"That's O.K. Lucky this guy helped us out." Replies Dilbert. "Say Can you help me with carrying this guard to the Inn?"

Reply?
Yes.
No.

"Sure." X-3 said. So they helped the guard.

X-3 and Dilbert carry the knocked out gaurd to the inn.
Inside the in a few tables and chair are arranged it rows. The bartender spots Dilbert, and walks over to him.
"Another Attack, take him upstairs." Comments the barkeeper.
Dilbert and X-3 takes him upstairs, and place him to a bed.
They walk back downstairs.
"When you have somespare time come see me at my house, it's North-west of the town." Dilbert tells X-3.

Also, now that I have a summon Ring, does that mean I can Summon in The December Battle?

In simple words, you could already, you just have to attack The Grinch five times. But since you just unlocked your summon ring, I'll give you a full charge for the Demember battle. It'll be active for you when I update it in a bit.

X-3 made his way to Dilberts house.
He knocked on the door, a voice called him in.
X-3 enter.
Dilbert looked up.
"Arh! It is you, lovly." He commented. "Just one second."
Dilbert made a few strange passes with his hands, and then said.
"That should work. Anyway, Wellcome, good Sir...."
"X-3." Relied X-3.
"X-3, that's kind of different." Dilbert noted as he moved around closer to X-3, "Please sit."
Dilbert pointed to a chair.
X-3 sat gingerly down.
"Now then, I gave you a summon ring, a while ago. Please may I have it for one second?"

Yes.
No.

"Okay." X-3 said as he gave the ring to Dilbert.

Dilbert picked the ring out of X-3s hand, and made a few passes over it while chanting something.

Hedgehog learned Aqua-Flood.

Dilbert returned the ring to X-3.

"There. It now as an Elemental attack. The more you use it, the stronger attacks I can equip it with." Explained Dilbert.

Speak to Dilbert.
Leave Dilberts house.

X-3 ran to the Guard house. As he was about to go through, he spotted Nomytaker by the side of the house.
"Hi Nomytaker." X-3 said cheerfully.
"Good to see someone is in a good mood," Nomytaker replied.

What to do next?
Ask what is wrong?
Say to him good luck, and carry on running to out the village
