So if i get this correctly sweden citizens have 20.6% less money than you, i can say that those percent are the tax we pay.

Well, at least I can make a little more money here.
...which you spend on the health care, electricity and gas bills, and the extra babies.

Why was having fewer babies listed as a positive thing?

I think blue is for neutral things & green is positive things.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

It doesn't say it is. Positive is green, negative is red. Fewer babies is blue.
I'm assuming that means 'subjective'.
EDIT: Capt. beat me to it.

oh, okay. I guess I just saw a majority of green and thought that was the neutral color.

...you thought being XX% less likely to have HIV/AIDS was a neutral thing?

The red and blue stood out, I kinda mostly didn't care about the rest. >.>
Also, something that's been bugging me: It should say "fewer babies."

Guessing that's an "overall average" kind of thing. I can tell you for certain that you'd make more money at a regular job here, but the higher salaries (like CEOs and such) will earn more in the States. Minimum wage is higher here, and there's no such thing as "you're a waitress so you don't earn minimum wage because you get tips" since
we don't give tips here.
Entry-level computer programming here earns as much as
the overall average of computer programmers in the US.
