Nah, it's a waste of time to wait for him. He's chosen not to show up, so, whatever.
The topic must go on, and he isn't here to help in that... his problem.

Maybe I interpreted that wrong, but I thought Repster was saying that, in the event of a draw, he casts his vote my way. If I already have two out of three, Stu's judgment will not have any effect.Repster, post: 1229422" wrote:Just as valid is
4. The last post is deemed perfectly fine. Traveler wins.
My migraines are acting up to much for me to want to focus on reading and forming an opinion on those walls of text at the moment. You two judges hurry up before I feel the need to do so.
If I need to ignore all this, flip a coin, and throw the next topic up, I will. This round has already been going on for like 3x longer then it should have. Especially with all the no shows.
You know what? Just in case it does come to that let's save some time.
Traveler.
Call it.
Although, I would like to hear Stu's take on the matter, and constructive criticism is always nice...

I, of course, would be curious in what Stu has to say, but if it takes too long, then it should just continue.
What I want to see, more than winning or losing, is for this tournament to actually end, unlike that one which, although you complemented me by saying I won it, no one won it because the third judge never weighed in.

It appears I misinterpreted what Rep was saying and posted my conclusion too soon. If everyone is agreed, however, I say we just move on. This is taking for ever.
I will say though, that the hardest part for me right now is deciding which character to use against Goro.
Seriously, there are too many options.
Should Shang Tsung resurface?
Should the thunder god step in and administer a beatdown?
Should I go for miniboss vs miniboss and bring in Moloch?
Should I really screw things up and throw Onaga in there?
Should I just go with my first idea and have Motaro bring the pain?
Should I get creative and use Noob Saibot?
Should I go for the less obvious and control Shinnok?
And that is assuming I stay within the MK universe...

No, you use Metal Man to fight him, thus causing the most surreal battle ever.
Also, didya read the stuff I posted? Of course you couldn't read it all, but I wondered if anything I posted of my other works enlightened you as to my normal way of GMing/RPing.

Yeah. You can see traces of it in my early RP here. I just had to change it up to win tournaments and be recognized as a 'real' battler. But I guess, if it no longer wins all the tournaments, the wind has gone out of the sails of cheeze-factories, and I can use something closer to my true style again.

Also, if anyone gets hit by no-show-itis and still wants to fight while they wait, they can just challenge me in another topic to pass the time.

Regardless, this is getting quite absurd. Respster (or someone else similarly qualified) should just post the new topic. This tournament has already dragged on far longer than it should have.
Besides, it needs to end before I can launch my own topics. I have something so ridiculously epic in mind that it will require my utmost attention.
