I am acquainted with an airplane buff who recently got more into video games, and I am sure he'd thoroughly enjoy Airport Tycoon 3, and I'm sure enough casual gamers got amusement from Game Party in order to garner support for a sequel, (well, obviously). As for "Extreme Paint Brawl", it is likely an acquired taste, like the Nascar games. I dislike forced left-turns in giant ovals, but some like it. But Varmint Hunter...I can't help but think it was a joke.
MANLY RIPPLING MUSCLES]The story doesn't really need to be touched in a remake.[/quote] I disagree. If there's an error that needs to be corrected wrote:FF10 blows, for instance.

Saria Dragon of the Rain Wilds]As for SMRPG wrote:
SMRPG had lots of replay value, what with an extra final boss (Culex), plenty of hidden chests, mini-games with high-scores, and other little things which made the game so good I beat it at least five times.
Saria Dragon of the Rain Wilds]I prefer my RPGs to be a lot more serious overall.[/quote wrote:
With this way of thinking, it's no wonder you didn't enjoy it as much. I prefer more serious themes as well, but this is Mario we're talking about. It's about as dark as the series gets.

I also happen to think SMRPG's replay value is pretty up there, I beat it usually at least once a year. But that's SD's perogative. /shrug

also, it's not like she didn't think the game was funny. She ended her post with
even if the humour was pretty rad.
She probably just likes her RPG's more serious and more epic, and I'd have to agree. Not that I don't love SMRPG, other RPG's are better.

I also stated that I prefer a darker theme, however, the experience as a whole is what counts. I personally found SMRPG to be an experience in video games I enjoyed most.

Darker theme? You're the one that ruined the Prince of Persia series! >=\
