Age: 15
Clothes: A blood-red hoodie, pitch-black sweat pants.
Appearance: A 15-year old guy, Jason is slightly taller than everyone he knows. He has his hood on most of the time, which sparks suspicion in all who see or meet him. His eyes are a piercing ice-blue, that usually scare the crap out of everyone whenever he glares at people who annoy him. His black hair is usually short, and is naturally spiky.
Weapons: Metal poison-tipped claws attached to his hands that can shoot razor-sharp chains out of a hole near the bottom.
Most Devastating Attack: Jason is engulfed in shadows, turning him into a shadowy creature capable of creating fear into anyone he touches.
Alias: Hood
History: About 10 years ago, when Jason was 5-years old, an evil gang dubbed, "The Axe Gang", busted into his house at midnight. Jason's parents were the best fighters on the street, and were known to never back down from a fight, even if they may die. Jason was hidden behind a bush outside his house, while The Axe Gang viciously slaughtered his family. Screams of pain from his parents were heard throughout the neighborhood, yet no one came to help. Jason was forced to hear every scream, every cry for mercy. After what seemed for hours, the Axe Gang found Jason, cowering in his bush. The gang raised their axes, ready to kill the kid. Suddenly, Jason began being engulfed in shadows, and his height was increased 3 times more. The gang fled, except for the fool who wouldn't back down. As the member threw his axe at Jason with no avail, the creature ripped the idiot's heart out, MK style. The members watching the scene were absolutely terrified. 10 years later, Jason fashioned metal claws and burned them into his hands, then dipped them in deadly poison. Jason had enough of the Axe Gang.10 years after the incident, they came back, killing anyone Jason ever knew, or loved. He then decided to make a name for himself, and donned his now-famous blood-red hoodie, and black sweat pants. He was no longer an innocent boy. He was no longer Jason. He was Hood.
Alignment: Neutral; works on own terms, but will help anyone who is close to him.

Fight for Bragging rights! (Open challenge)
Yeah, I was bored, so I'm having an open challenge for all! First to post after me chooses arena, and anyone can join at anytime; however, you must be able to continue until the battle is completely over.

I would not be opposed to fighting you, sounds like it could be fun, plus it gives me a chance to start off in my default fighting body, which I never get to do that often. Here are my specs, I used the same format as you did:
Seraph
Age: Unknown (looks to be 17-1 8)
Clothes: By default Seraph can where many things, at the moment he is wearing black jeans and a white muscle shirt, black leather bracers and greaves covering his shins and forearms, and two shoulder pauldrons attached with a pair of leather straps across his chest.
Appearance: Young looking, although its hard to distinguish his age, Seraph has long, blond hair and burning blood-red eyes. What is also interesting is on his back are a pair of soft, white-feathered wings, a stark contrast to his demonic colored stare.
Weapons: Twin swords by default, one is pitch black, seemingly gnarled in design and occasionally smolders black vapor from its mass, the other is white metal, almost ivory in shade, and well crafted, straight and professionally designed, like tis twin, it sometimes seem to glow unnaturally with light.
Most Devastating Attack: Ascension and Descent. As a being of both angelic and demonic properties Seraph's most devastating technique is to embrace one side of the spectrum and manifest as a form of risen or fallen design.
Alias: Nexus
History: Not much is known about Seraph's actual origin, although it is said he was the product of a war where both heaven and hell constructed a perfect warrior, an angel of unsurpassed might and justice, and a demon of unimaginable strength and corruption. When the two being clashed it was a battle that rocked the very axises of the realms, and their creators soon realized the error of their ways as when the two clashed it would eventually cause the destruction of both realms before either of them would fall. To stave off this apocalypse the two sides made a shaky and temporary truce, an alignment of good and evil to force the warriors to clash on the point of balance, the single point where both evil and good exist in perfect balance at the same time. Originally, it was thought that being forced upon such a sacred and demonic area would cause each warrior to perish at the mercy of the opposing energies. Instead, however, the two warriors, being comprised ot the purest light and darkness, formed into a singularity, one being made of two spirits, and thus the Nexus of Balance was formed. However, balance is a fickle position, and the being would forever be cursed to walk the fine line between rising to a form on unshakable bravery and holy cause, and fall into a state of pure darkness and evil desire.
Alignment: Neutral, Good, and Evil, based on which energies seem to be in control over him.
As for battlefield I was thinking of some sort of post apocalyptic metropolis, something with a feel of Tokyo and New York after something like an immense battle with huge battle scars across the buildings and streets, or something along those lines for the city to be deserted and look in shambles but still intact. Let me know if this sounds acceptable.

^ Ooc: Tokyo sounds good. Nice character.
Jason walks silently down the streets, several disturbing images of his parents' death flashing through his mind. As he walks, he accidentally bumps into a man. "Sorry", he mumbles, and continues to walk. Suddenly, Jason senses danger. He whirls around, to see the rude man holding up a pistol. "I wouldn't try it", Jason growls, and a razor-chain is launched from the base of the metal claws, which wraps around the gun and crushes it. Retracting the chain, Jason sees from the corner of his eye, a strange demonic figure. "What the hell is that..?" He says to no one in particular, and runs towards the figure, bracing himself for any sign of hostility. From behind him, he hears the man shouting. Forget him, Jason thinks, still running. I'll settle THAT fight later.

The strange man suddenly turned at the sounds of shouting, and his eyes widen, giving away the shade of his blood red corneas, his black pupils focusing on the boy running towards him. He felt something sinister about this being, as he suddenly stood back, only to watch as the figure brace himself, as if preparing to attack.
"I warn you, you've made a grave error in picking me as your target," he says, as he suddenly spreads what was folded against his back, a pair of large, white flowing wings, each feather tip spread perfectly as he reveals his wingspan. He pulls back with his arms against the sheathes laying at his sides, and draws out two blades, one of twisted darkness, the other of solid light, and holds them ready, pulling back the glowing white sword first for a strike to defend against his oncoming enemy.

Jason put on a sinister sneer. "You think I would full-on attack you?" He mocked, "Look behind yourself." As the figure turned, its shadow sprang from the ground and became solid, yet was still a silhouette. The shadow attacked its owner, and Jason's sneer dissapeared as he concentrated on his target. His claws were soon engulfed in shadow, and Jason sliced the creature in the side. The demon flinched as the area that was sliced turned into diamonds.Summoning the shadows from nearby buildings, they began to swirl around his enemy, and formed a cage, yet still a silhouette like the shadow attacking his opponent.Slithering into the cage like a shadow itself, he summoned his Demon Wind shuirken and unfolded it's deadly blades. Twirling them at full speed, Jason charged.

I'll be using Dante from Devil May Cry (visualize DMC2 Dante) Dante (Devil May Cry) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dante fell from nowhere between the two warriors with a cocky little smirk on his face. He landed without going down on even one knee, pointing his two guns, Ebony & Ivory, in two different direction from left and right, one pointing at each of his newfound enemies. He started firing at them both, hitting neither one of them as they both easily dodged the assault.
While Seraph made an unreal backward jump creating a great distance between himself and the other two, Jason only went into a side roll. Dante holstered his guns, as he lunged at Jason mid-roll and unsheathed his sword, Alastor. He dragged the sword downward, then swept the sword upward with great force, slicing diagonally across Jason's chest, causing an unknown ammount of damage. It didn't matter to Dante, as it had sent Jason flailing into the air a good ten feet. Dante sheathed his sword and retrieved his guns again. With pinpoint accuracy, he blasted his opponent with a maelstrom of demonic projectiles. He had an evil smile on his face as he kept firing for twenty seconds, non-stop. Surely Jason was at least curious as to when he'd be allowed down, but that time would virtual never come as Dante never had to reload his guns. Surely he'd find a way out of the situation eventually...
Not that he had to at this time, since Dante glanced to his left to notice Seraph, who seemed he was not about to stand by and wait for his new enemy to do as he wished, especially after firing upon him. Knowing it would be best to take the defensive for a moment, he leapt backward from the two, allowing Jason to fall to the ground.
"I guess we're about to have some fun here. Unless the guy on the ground had his fill."

Jason slowly stood up and groggily glared at Dante. "SON UVA-" He shouted, and grabbed his weapon that fell down beside him. Once again twirling it at full speed, he threw the shuriken, which Dante dogged with ease. Jason once again sneered, and two more shuriken appeared in his hands. This time, however, the threw them to the ground, and they were absorbed into the earth and became shadows. Charging at Dante, Jason slowly slid his right-hand claws into his pocket and they emerged covered in a sludgy substance. Dante began to shoot once again at Jason, but he missed every shot. Ducking under the bullets, he raised his claws towards Dante's ribs as soon as he was 5 feet away. Stabbing Dante in the ribs, he lifted his arm, and his opponent with it. Quickly and suddenly, as if he was sliding, he threw Dante off of his claws and into the demon. Jason began to chuckle as he saw the movement was at least slow enough for him to inject the poison on his claws. As his enemies stood, Jason taunted; "I thought this was a fight! I'm only toying with you right now, play-mates!"
