Okay, who forgot to mention Earthbound by the time I got to this topic? Because now I have to mention it.

But beyond that, everyone else hit the nail on the money.

Except with Illusion of Gaia. I have to say that is my least favorite game of all time. -CSM

I didn't mention EarthBound merely because I was positive he played it already....

And, really? Worst game ever? What's so bad about it? (I mean, it's obviously your opinion of course... but just curious as to what aspect(s) of the game you didn't like...)

Dragon Quest (Warrior) games. Though the SNES games were never officially released outside of Japan (patches exist for them, albeit near-finished), if you're looking into the NES games, there are four of them.
