Frog having the accent but Glenn not having it adds to the mystique of it all.

Oh, and T2K....
Spoiler.
Can you rename Magus when he rejoins so you can continue to refer to him as Magus?

^*points at TG's post*

Maybe I should get this. I'll think about it. Or, maybe not. Saying that I'll think about it usually ends up a curse on games. Sorta.

^Sorry I missed it. But he never had a title in the original. He was just "Magus." -CSM

No, no. He's still Magus. But they have a formal title for him now. They don't say "Magus, lord of the Mystics." They just say "The Fiendlord."

The Fiendlord's name just happens to be Magus.

ahaha

"Join Crono in this updated old-school favorite as he travels through time and space in order to go back to 1982 and throw a football over some mountains to win the state championship."

Fantastic. But is Back to the Future really that old now? That's always my first time-travel reference.

I think it's actually a Napoleon Dynamite reference.

Oh, I know that's a Napoelon Dynamite reference. I'm saying, when I make a reference to anything involving Time Travel, I use Back to the Future. Usually other people do, too. Am I dated now?

Kids today don't understand me when I tell them to "make like a tree and get outta here".

And they try to correct me.

22, and while I loved the "Back to the Future" movies that line always bugged the hell out of me. puns are bad enough but a pun so horribly mangled urgh.

Also I'm surprised at how civil everyone in this topic has been. I was expecting a rather massive rant about how the singing Mountain sidequest was yet again cut out.

Though I'm at a bit of a fork in the road, I could either buy a laptop and a copy of Civ 4, or I could save my money and Get a DS and possibly a copy of the CT remake a ROM was only good for so much you know?

That was the joke, though. It broke the pun. It's hilarious.

Yeah I understand that the broken pun is the joke but for whatever reason it still annoys me if only slightly.

As for ROMs while I admit they're in a very gray area, and I've used them in the past. I don't tend use them as they just don't seem to carry the same satisfcation of owning a game and then beating it.
