Open Your Heart is the only good one, IMO.

EDIT: No wait, Sonic Boom tears all of them into millions of tiny pieces.

Oh, I also like Doomsday and Can You Feel the Sunshine, but I can attribute that to Tails Doll :/

Sonic Boom is pretty nifty, as well.

Hydrocity Act 2, S&K final boss (not doomsday), Ice Cap, Scrap Brain, Mystic Cave, Marble Zone, Burn all post genesis sonic music.

Although I have yet to play the games that they come from, I really like E.G.G.M.A.N from SA2, as well as the remix used in Shadow the Hedgehog, probably because I like the character so much. And Sonic Boom, because it's so freakin' catchy.
